Provider Credentialing & Professional Registrations
CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare)
Providers may access and maintain credentialing information through CAQH. Ensure your profile is current, including licensure, malpractice insurance, and professional documentation.
NPI (National Provider Identifier)
All licensed professionals must maintain an active NPI registration. Providers should regularly verify their information for accuracy.
Electronic Health Records & Documentation
Sharenote (EHR System)
Staff and clinicians may access Sharenote for documentation, treatment planning, case notes, and compliance tracking. Access your secure login through your assigned Sharenote portal link.
For technical assistance, contact your designated system administrator.
Precision Behavioral and Medical Group LLC Email Login
All staff members are required to use their assigned corporate email accounts for official communication. Access Corporate Email Login through your designated provider portal.
For login support, contact administrative staff during office hours.
Regulatory & Compliance Resources
The following agencies provide guidance and oversight for behavioral health providers as we adhere to strict regulatory standards.
Mississippi Division of Mental Health (DMH)
Oversees community mental health standards and certification. Staff are encouraged to remain familiar with DMH guidelines and compliance updates.
Office of Inspector General (OIG)
Provides information related to healthcare compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory enforcement. Report concerns according to organizational policy.
National Sex Offender Public Website (NSOPW)
Provides access to national registry information. Staff conducting required checks may reference this resource in accordance with agency policy.
